Dawg Prints Alerts- new webpage

Due to the recent outages affecting our program, Dawg Prints has taken several steps to better inform and distribute information vital to our users. In addition to the Dawg Prints Support email, the Dawg Prints Updates mailing list, and our Dawg Prints website, we have recently created another site, named Dawg Prints Alerts, to provide centralized notification to our users.
