Reference Desk Query

A student came up and requested an article in the journal "Concrete." She had looked up the article in our catalog, found the call number, and wanted to know where to find it. I sent her to the second floor. She returned without the journal, saying she could only find through volume 28, and she needed volume 42. Sure enough, when we investigated further, though the entry for the article, shown here, indicates that we "have" the article, if you look closer the availability only shows volumes 1-28. I suggested that she request the article through Summit, where Valley library shows availability for volumes 24-43. This seems confusing for patrons, and for me--though now I'll look more closely to make sure the availability shows the correct volumes. Thoughts?
