Go ahead and send it in. There hasn't been any e-mail to the Access+ group mailing list about this, so it might be localized to us.
This seems to be a continuation of the default print settings on the PCs being wrong. I don't believe this was ever resolved completely. If students don't get the print pop-up they should double check to make sure they are printing to Engineering, many of the PCs are defaulting to Architecture.
